The Bloomberg Terminal seamlessly integrates the very best in real-time data, news analytics and research. Working on this terminal will make the students aware of the functionalities of the finance industry and add quality to finance related subjects from both a theoretical and practical standpoint. The Terminal will also enable students to simulate financial markets using its communication system, trade messaging and OTC trading tools. The Terminal will further provide ample networking opportunities to the students to connect with industry professionals and potential recruiters.
BFSI being a major recruiting sector at SIBM B, students’ hands on experience and familiarity with the scope and operations of such a widely used database in the industry will go a long way in boosting prospective recruits’ candidature.

The aforementioned students have undergone advanced training from Bloomberg and would be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the adoption of Bloomberg in various aspects of SIBM B’s campus life and further transfer their knowledge, enabling other students to learn about the functionalities of the Terminal.
